Ensuring Swift Deliveries & Returns
All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Sweden and dispatched within 1-3 business days.
SHIPPING TO SWEDEN
Postnord – Deliveries and returns, 1-5 days to pick up point (69 SEK)
Your order will be delivered to your local delivery point. A delivery notification will be sent via text message or email when your package is ready to be collected.
RETURNS
All returns must be made within 14 days of delivery. The return fee in Sweden is 69 SEK.
HOW TO MAKE A RETURN
• Fill in the return form with your order number, return/reason for exchange and product information. Re-use and securely seal the original packaging
• Attach the pre-paid return label and return form.
• For Swedish returns, parcels can be left at your nearest PostNord service point.
• Your return will be refunded once received at our warehouse. The refund will be issued to the same credit card or invoice in 14 days.
• If you wish to exchange your item/s, please return your item/s and place and new order on our website.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Items ordered must be returned to the warehouse in perfect condition with the return information label.
Make sure to return all products exactly as you received them, with hangtags still attached.
We reserve the right to cancel your order if an item you have ordered is out of stock or if we identify a product or pricing error.
